Holiday Giving

Toys for Locals Drive- Through December 15, 2023 

The WHS Student Council is sponsoring a toy collection to help support the Toys for Locals program. Donations should be dropped off in the box outside of the secondary front office. The Student Council members will be donating all the toys to local families on 12/18/23. Contact Tanja Scifers at Tscifers@webbervilleschools.org with questions.

The Giving Tree Project 

Every year, the food bank and our staff provide a list of local  children who are in need. The Student Council members then create item tags for our "giving tree." Staff members work together to purchase the items for the children and the Student Council members package and wrap the items. To help with this project, the Student Council needs: Stocking Stuffers, tissue paper, gift boxes, tape, gift tags  and wrapping paper. Operation Christmas Cheer 

Our Journalism students usually collect card donations this time of year, to sign, decorate and distribute to area medical care facilities. We are very grateful to the students, staff, and the community for your generous donations and have already received enough card donations for this season.  We are collecting postage stamps to give to some of these families to mail out a Christmas card to their loved ones.
