BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Snow has been employed as a teacher at Webberville Elementary School since the fall of 1988. Mrs. Snow earned her bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in Child Development/Pre-school with a minor in language arts. Her master's degree was earned from Michigan State University in curriculum and teaching. Since then Mrs. Snow as taken numerous courses to enhance the elementary curriculum which include:
2002- MLPP - Michigan Literacy Progress Profile

2005- LETRS - A literacy training that supports literacy instruction

2005- 6 plus 1 Writing Traits training

2002- Four Blocks of Writing Training

2004- Regional Technology Academy

2005- Mathematics Summer Academy PROM/SE

2006- Summer Professional Development Institute

 

Mrs. Snow has been actively involved in several committees that support excellence for Webberville Schools which include: school improvement committee, strategic planning committee, curriculum design, Webberville Education Association officer, teacher contract negotiator, yearbook advisor, student council advisor and mentor teacher. Mrs. Snow has also served as a board member of the Williamston Red Cedar Recreation Association and the Williamston School Board. She currently lives in Williamston.
