BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Slater joined the district in 1974 as a first grade teacher. She went on to teach third, fifth and sixth grade. During her time as a teacher with the district, Mrs. Slater served on various curriculum committees including social studies, math, and language arts. She continued her education by participating in workshops in the area of science and math. In August 2004 Mrs. Slater was promoted to the position of principal at the elementary school.
