We had a great time at the MSU Butterfly Garden on Monday.  Too bad the weather did not cooperate, but we we able to come back and have our picnic in our room and watch a butterfly movie.  Here are some pictures from our trip!

Last week the 1st grade classes particpated in a boat race for to end their Science unit on properties.  Students had to make their own boat, make sure it floated and try to get it across a tub of water.  They could either try to blow the boat or use a magnet to pull it across.  A fun time was had by all!
