Mr. Friddle began his career as a guidance counselor in Sturgis, Michigan and later moved on to Byron Center Public Schools to serve in the same capacity. In August of 1998, Mr. Friddle become the Assistant Principal at Byron Center High School and served in that position until becoming Principal of Webberville Middle/High School in 2004. During his career, Mr. Friddle has been extensively involved in the development of curriculum, technology implementation, student assessment programs, and a Career Pathways program. In addition, Mr. Friddle has been a member of the Blue Ribbon Exemplary School Selection Committe, the North Central Association Outcome Accreditation Team and was the founder of the Kent County Education Technology Consortium. Mr. Friddle became Superintendent of Webberville Community Schools in July, 2007.
