2005 M.I.T.E.S Regional Project Fair
The Michigan Industrial and Technology Education Society held their Region 8 Project Fair at Mason High School on Friday and Saturday, April 29 th-30 th. Webberville Industrial Arts and Technology Education students had 48 entries at the Regional. Here are the results of the competition:
1 st- Kyle Fink- balsa tower, Katie Pingle- research paper, Ashley Wood- bio-related device, Aaron Chamberlain- Co2 car, Ken Wakeman- teaching aide, John McCurdy- turned bowl, Jeremy Ferris- wood model, Ken Wakeman- bow and arrow wall rack, Jason Lane- outdoor bench.
2 nd- Aaron Chamberlain- balsa tower, Chelsea Howe- research paper, Eric Haite- bio device, Brenda Burrum- Co2 car, Brandon Spitzley- teaching aide, Cody Refior- multiple wood turnings, Andrew Daybird- wood model, Ken Wakeman- gun cabinet.
3 rd- Jordan Brooks- Co2 car, Sam Sparkla- research paper, Shelby McComb- table, Andrew Daybird- table, Jacob Jaeger-CAD pictorial assembly drawing, Shelby McComb- pictorial assembly drawing.
4 th- Jeremy Ferris- Co2 car, Stephany Bohlmann- research paper, Billy Patton- Co2 car, Jason Lane- teaching aide and turned lamp, Kyle Fink- CAD assembly drawing.
5 th- Ross Pollok- Co2 car, Chris Giddings- teaching aide, Jacob Jaeger- CAD pictorial drawing.

Overall 34 of the 48 Webberville entries will move on to the state competition that will be held in Grand Rapids May 5 th-7th
